Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and Matrix Alpha Capital LLC, doing business as Matrix Alpha AI("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website, using our services, or providing your contact information through any of our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or provide your personal information.

2. Description of services

Matrix Alpha AI provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to:

  • AI call answering — automated phone agents that answer calls, qualify leads, and handle inquiries 24/7
  • AI website chat— real-time chat that captures inbound inquiries when the phones can't
  • Lead follow-up — automated SMS, phone, and email sequences to engage and nurture prospective clients
  • Appointment booking — AI-powered scheduling and calendar management
  • CRM and automation setup — configuration of the Matrix High Level pipeline and related marketing and sales automation

Specific deliverables, success metrics, and client-level commitments are defined in the written engagement agreement executed between us and each client.

3. User obligations

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or communicating with us
  • Do not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach

4. SMS / text-messaging terms

By providing your phone number through any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Matrix Alpha AI.

  • Messages may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, service information, and promotional content
  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving texts
  • Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact information
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own SMS marketing purposes. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive services from us through other channels.

5. 30-appointment guarantee

When included in your signed engagement agreement, the "30 Appointments in 90 Days" guarantee means we will continue to operate the installed system at no additional monthly fee beyond the initial 90-day period until the contracted appointment threshold is met. Full terms, definitions of a "booked appointment," and client obligations (ad spend, lead quality, cooperation) are defined in the engagement agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content, materials, software, AI systems, branding, logos, and intellectual property on our website and within our services are the exclusive property of Matrix Alpha Capital LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Payment terms

Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. All payments are due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose. While our AI systems are designed to perform reliably, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matrix Alpha Capital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or our services. Our contractual liability to paying clients is governed by, and limited in accordance with, the engagement agreement.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
